This is an important update regarding the November 4th Fresno Lights Fest.
Unfortunately this event has been postponed due to unforeseen logistical issues with the venue.
Our team is working hard to reschedule your event. We hope to announce the event's new date within three weeks.
As stated on our website and in the terms agreed to during registration, if an event is postponed more than 90 days, tickets will then be eligible for a refund. Once the new event date is announced, if it is more than 90 days from the original event date, refund requests can then be submitted.*

* Tickets with Refund Protection Plan are always eligible for a refund. If you did not add that insurance to your tickets, they are only eligible for a refund if an event is canceled or postponed more than 90 days.
