First off, we want to thank you for your patience as we've had some unexpected changes come up with this event.
As you know, the October 21st Sacramento Lights Fest was recently relocated to Colusa. We obtained authorization from the fire marshal and had approval for this venue to host the event. Unfortunately they just discovered another step in the approval process that needs to be completed before the event can happen. We expect this part of the approval process to take 2-3 weeks. This means the event will not be able to take place on Saturday, October 21st. We apologize for another change of plans and completely understand any frustration.
Our team, the venue, and the fire team are all still excited to put on this event for you! We anticipate announcing your event's new date within three weeks.
As a small token of our gratitude for your patience with this process, each original ticket holder will receive a FREE extra lantern at the event!
As stated on our website and in the terms agreed to during registration, if an event is postponed more than 90 days, tickets will then be eligible for a refund. Once the new event date is announced, if it is more than 90 days from the original event date, refund requests can then be submitted.*

* Tickets with Refund Protection Plan are always eligible for a refund. If you did not add that insurance to your tickets, they are only eligible for a refund if an event is canceled or postponed more than 90 days.
